{"success":true,"message":"","validationErrors":[],"value":{"jobInfo":{"jobId":4925081,"jobTitle":"SY 25-26 Plumber","infoURL":"https://westernheights.tedk12.com/hire/ViewJob.aspx?JobID=770","externalJobCode":"770","applicationDeadline":null,"displayDate":"2023-11-02T05:00:00","internalDisplayDate":"2023-11-02T05:00:00","postDate":"2025-01-08T16:10:49","startDateShowDay":1,"startDate":null,"jobStatusID":30,"unionID":0,"unionName":null,"jobDescription":"<p><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Supervises a team of Plumber journeyman, contractors, and apprentices to ensure completion of work orders in timely manner and ensures all city codes, OSHA, IPC, and IBC regulations have been followed.</li>\r\n<li>Performs general plumbing work including installation, repair, and preventative maintenance.</li>\r\n<li>Oversees the repairs, replacements and installations of any plumbing issues within the district.</li>\r\n<li>Performs, plans and lays out work, develop cost estimates, and identify/order required materials.</li>\r\n<li>Assists team on plumbing task to complete work orders, follows maintenance schedules, log work accomplished and interact with building based personnel to determine problems and locations of repairs.</li>\r\n<li>Communicates effectively with all OKCPS personnel, students and visitors.</li>\r\n<li>Promotes the overall effectiveness of the organization by performing tasks and sharing responsibilities of other members of the Department during peak periods or when there is an overload of duties.</li>\r\n<li>Participates in the training, development and mentoring of less experienced employees.</li>\r\n<li>Assigns tasks to workers and specifies methods of coordinating workflow to facilitate completion of all jobs in a timely manner.</li>\r\n<li>Schedules, plans, and prioritizes the work to meet timelines.</li>\r\n<li>Drives district owned vehicles to assigned sites</li>\r\n<li>Responsible for completion of work relative to deadlines and review of work quality of direct reports.</li>\r\n<li>Core work schedule may change due to operational needs.</li>\r\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br /> <strong>Job Specifications:</strong>&nbsp;To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
