Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></p>\r\n<p><strong><em><u>Education/Certification/Licensure</u></em></strong></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">High school diploma or GED required, college preferred.</span><br /><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">A+ certification or equivalent certification preferred.</span><br /><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must pass Clear Creek ISD Drug and Alcohol Abuse Standards.</span><br /><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must pass criminal history and MVR driving record check as required by Clear Creek ISD.</span></p>\r\n<p><strong><em><u>Special Knowledge/Skills</u></em></strong></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills.</span><br /><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to provide technical support to an assigned campus, location and PreK-12 community</span><br /><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to understand operation of district standard equipment.</span><br /><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to read, follow, and interpret software and hardware manuals.</span><br /><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Working knowledge of implementing and maintaining software/hardware technologies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><br /><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Working knowledge of network configurations, topologies, and installation.&nbsp;</span><br /><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to properly diagnose and repair enterprise technology equipment.&nbsp;
