The position is responsible for oversight and implementation of testing structures 9-12 and coordinating with a wide variety of secondary school staff. In addition, the Lead Coordinator will represent the testing team on the high school Graduation Task Force and in the school improvement planning process. Functions:</strong></span></p>\r\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leads the Titan Testing Team, composed of 3 team members who are responsible for testing students at the high school level in grades 9-12 across 4 campuses.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creates, maintains and promotes a user-friendly school-wide data tracking system that aligns with graduation requirements, and the Profile of a Virginia Graduate.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leads the planning and team execution of student testing in grades 9-12, including all state, local, and nationally normed tests, including PSAT/SAT, Advanced Placement (AP), Dual Enrollment (DE), CTE Industry Certifications, Standards of Learning (SOL) assessments, etc.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinates with school counselors and special education case managers to ensure proper testing accommodations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strategically develops teams of staff to execute test administrations in a collaborative manner.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supervises and evaluates the Testing Coordinators at the high school.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serves as an integral testing member of the High School Graduation Task Force.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co-Leads the school-wide Titan Testing Committee, which is a collaborative planning and execution team of school-wide testing.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborates with the Executive Principal, Director of Counseling, administration, division, and school-community members to plan and prepare for various federal, state, and district level governance and accountability meetings, reports, and audits.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compiles and completes detailed data analysis and reports aimed at coordinating interventions and advancing high achievement across all school quality indicators.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Works closely with the Executive Principal and Director of Counseling to pull, analyze and present data to aid in decision-making related to continuous improvement in programmatic and student outcome data such as academic achievement, civic engagement, attendance, and behavior.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Performs a variety of professional, supervisory, technical, and administrative tasks in directing the implementation and administration of all district, statewide, federal, and college entrance preparatory tests&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attends meetings and training sessions as a liaison with the Department of Accountability and Department of Technology Services when appropriate.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gathers and assimilates data related to student progression from Grade 9 through graduation to increase the on-time graduation rate and reduce the dropout rate</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consults with and provides data and analysis to the administrators, instructional leadership team, teachers and various staff members in support of division goals and the School Improvement Plan.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provides test data and analysis to department chairs, counselors and administrators in support of improved student achievement and the School Improvement
