Develop and implement procedures on data management, data exchange, and ensure compliance with applicable state laws and regulations.&nbsp;</span></p>\r\n<h1><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h1>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Three years of Skyward Finance/HR experience preferred</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Five years effectively leading the implementation, optimization, utilization, and maintenance of large information systems.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience in leading new projects and managing ongoing systems and staff to ensure operational effectiveness.</span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br /><br /></span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong>Special Knowledge/Skills:</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong attention to detail and accuracy.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong analytical skills.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advanced experience with multiple computer applications;
