The Specialist supports cross-functional teams in developing processes for effective tracking and communicating key performance metrics across and within schools and to key audiences. Additionally, the Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute division strategic goals via data insights and checkpoints.&nbsp;</span></p>\r\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis on core strategic issues for division and school leaders and synthesizes insights from these analyses&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform statistical analyses to support division and school leader decision-making&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develops the dashboards, tools, and systems for division-wide analysis of student data.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creates data analysis procedures to assist school and division teams in establishing appropriate goals to ensure continuous improvement.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborates with multiple offices/teams to support data analysis&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assists in the preparation of data for local, state, and federal reports</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assists in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of data systems, including oversight, provision of technical assistance, training, and documentation.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develops the tools, procedures, and systems for leaders and teams to independently analyze and respond to student academic achievement data.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manages the data cycle and system for administering assessments, data checkpoints, and analysis</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Performs related duties as assigned</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and three years of related work experience&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outstanding interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills, including keen&nbsp; attention to detail&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demonstrated ability to design internal databases, including the establishment of&nbsp; database standards and controls, management of source data, and assurance of data&nbsp; quality&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to apply statistics and data modeling to recommend actions to improve&nbsp; student and school achievement&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Works autonomously and collaboratively to solve problems and develop innovative solutions</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>HOW TO APPLY:</strong>&nbsp;All applicants (including RPS employees) must submit an on-line application.
