This role ensures that every student receives the academic and behavioral support needed to succeed while maintaining compliance and integrity in all testing processes.</span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At J.H. Responsibilities</strong></h2>\r\n<h3><strong>MTSS Leadership & Systems Coordination</strong></h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the schoolwide MTSS framework (academic and behavioral).</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facilitate MTSS team meetings, including problem-solving protocols, data reviews, and progress monitoring cycles.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and maintain clear systems for student identification, intervention planning, and documentation.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure alignment between MTSS practices and Knox instructional frameworks (4E, CCL, Strong Start).</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborate with EC, ESL, counselors, and instructional staff to coordinate supports for all learners.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<h3><strong>Intervention & Student Support</strong></h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide direct instruction and support for Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions, including small group and targeted instruction.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Design and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to student needs.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support teachers in differentiating Tier 1 instruction to reduce the need for intensive interventions.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partner with teachers to analyze student data and identify schoolwide coordinator for all standardized testing (state, district, and benchmark assessments).</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and manage testing schedules, logistics, and staff assignments.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Train staff on testing procedures, protocols, and compliance requirements.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure secure handling of testing materials and adherence to all testing policies and guidelines.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate accommodations for students (EC, ESL, 504) in collaboration with support staff.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analyze assessment data and support staff in using results to inform instruction and style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain systems for tracking student performance across tiers and content areas.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support PLCs in analyzing data and identifying trends, gaps, and targeted strategies.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide coaching and resources to License (preferred in a core content or special education area).</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with MTSS, RTI, or intervention systems.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong knowledge of assessment practices and data analysis.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Master&rsquo;s Degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience delivering Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience coaching teachers or
