QUALIFICATIONS:
\r\nRequired:
\r\nHigh school diploma or G.E.D.; Associates Degree in IT preferred
\r\nMust satisfactorily complete Bureau of Criminal Investigation background check.
\r\n\r\n

POSITION DESCRIPTION
\r\nAssist with repair and inventory of Chromebooks
\r\nProvide technical consulting assistance related to systems and software to school personnel.
\r\nMaintain and support district computer labs (stationary as well as wireless cart systems) including any software/hardware as needed.
\r\nMaintain a proactive role in understanding and evaluating Windows and Google based products.
\r\nAssist with training of staff on specific hardware/software.
\r\nAssist with coordinating, administering and supporting the installation of the instructional wireless systems.
\r\nProvide technical support to users related to district hardware and software.
\r\nInstall District-standard hardware software, peripheral, and non-computer equipment upgrades.
\r\nInterface peripheral devices with computers.
\r\nMaintain competency in current operating systems, desktop computer hardware, and peripherals used in the district.
\r\nTroubleshoot and repair or replace district hardware including, but not limited to: desktop and laptop Windows.
\r\nAssist with maintaining inventory control of parts required in repairs or replacement.
\r\nIdentify computer software, hardware, and communication problems.
\r\nPerform other tasks related to the position, as assigned by the Technology Coordinator.
