Other duties may be assigned.</span></span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">Assessment & Testing Administration</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serve as the division&rsquo;s Director of Testing (DDOT) for all state and local assessments.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plan, coordinate, and oversee the administration of Standards of Learning (SOL) tests and other assessments.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure compliance with all testing regulations, security protocols, and audit requirements.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and deliver training for school-based testing coordinators.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage test materials, accommodations, and irregularity reporting.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">State Reporting & Data Collections</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lead and manage federal and state required data submissions.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serve as the primary liaison with VDOE for data collections and accountability reporting.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establish timelines, validation processes, and internal controls to ensure accurate and timely submissions.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor changes in state and federal reporting requirements and implement updates accordingly</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all schools and departments.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and enforce data governance procedures and audit protocols</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborate with registrars and school staff on enrollment, withdrawals, and records compliance.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accountability & Data Analysis</span></h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analyze assessment and student data to support school improvement and strategic planning.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare and present reports on student performance, accreditation, and accountability metrics.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support leadership in interpreting data for instructional and operational decision-making.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate responses to state and federal accountability designations and reporting requirements.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Master&rsquo;s degree in education, educational leadership, data analytics, or related field</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with K&ndash;12 assessment, accountability systems, and state reporting</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong knowledge of Virginia Department of Education data collections and SOL testing programs</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with Student Information Systems and large-scale data management</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff; interview and select employees and recommend transfers, reassignment, termination, and disciplinary actions; plan, coordinate, and arrange for appropriate training of subordinates.&nbsp;</span></p>\r\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: </strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
