Monitors feedback and support ticket requests.<br />&bull; Mentors and trains Solution Engineer(s)<br />&bull; Develops, modifies, and maintains programs and web-based applications. Monitors the operation of applications and responds to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding.<br />&bull; Gathers and reviews user requirements for new applications and performs analysis, design, implementation, installation, and training related to new applications developed and/or acquired<br />&bull; Provides technical advice and support to users. This includes data analysis and correction, acceptance testing support, and problem solving.<br />&bull; Works collaboratively to proactively identify areas for improvement and enhancement. Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, and push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:</strong></p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>CTSA Professional Technical salary classification &ldquo;8&rdquo; $&nbsp;132,980 to $&nbsp;139,979 annual salary (starting at $&nbsp;132,980 annual), 40 hours per week, for a 260-day annual assignment.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life-insurance eligibility is based upon 630 hours worked within a school year. Retirement provided through Washington State Department of Retirement Systems.
