Technology</span></p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum of five years experience, and extensive knowledge of network and systems infrastructure, computers, operating systems, servers, applications, topology and other computer related network peripherals, within an enterprise or education institutional environment.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge and skill set to include server infrastructure, peripherals, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP protocols.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with Voice/UC network telecommunications systems including PBX, VoIP, and paging infrastructure.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cisco, HPE, Microsoft, and/or Google certified and/or VMWare certifications preferred.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demonstrated expertise for systems implementation, installation, administration and support.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Troubleshooting skills at the highest level.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must possess a Valid Arizona Driver&rsquo;s License.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card within forty-five (45) days of employment.</span>&nbsp;</li>\r\n</ol>\r\n<p><strong>JOB GOALS:&nbsp;</strong></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Technology Specialist II performs high level technology implementation, administration and maintenance functions on district wide network, computer and telecommunications systems, and provides quality customer service support to all students and staff, with limited supervision.</span></p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following tasks are essential for this position.&nbsp; This list is not inclusive of all responsibilities.&nbsp; Individuals FERPA related confidentiality requirements.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develops positive relations with students, parents, school staff and the public.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implement, administer, integrate and support systems/network/telecommunications using logical thought processing.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform fault, configuration, accounting, performance, and security management of the server infrastructure.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain regular backup/restore of systems and server infrastructure.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implement, administer and support monitoring and alerting systems.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create, document and maintain efficient systems and strategies to maximize the use of District technological resources.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and ensure compliance to Information Technology Infrastructure Library documentation & associated processes.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Second level escalation point for tickets and IT Staff, </span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and 2nd level operational support of the district network and systems infrastructure.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establish and maintain good communication with district personnel, school staff, students and the public.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide training to Tech Specialist I and Tech Assistant personnel.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with management of Help Desk functions/service tickets, providing timely assistance and maintaining ticket discipline.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work availability for after school hours maintenance and special projects.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other related duties as assigned by the Director of Technology & Innovation or the Network & Systems Administrator.</span>&nbsp;</li>\r\n</ol>\r\n<p><span Administrator.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Network Communications, LAN/Wireless administration.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Telephony.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paging/Bell Systems.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: Hardware/OS.</span>&nbsp;</li>\r\n</ol>\r\n<p><strong>MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:</strong></p>\r\n<p><strong>Knowledge of</strong><span style=\"font-weight:
