Charlotte- Mecklenburg Schools reserves the right to require you to work at such other place(s) as it may reasonably require from time to time.</p>\r\n<p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Adhere to all state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures</li>\r\n<li>Assist staff with submitting helpdesk tickets and follows up as needed</li>\r\n<li>Provide basic technical support to existing school computers, tablets, network, AV equipment, student and staff devices, and printers/copiers</li>\r\n<li>Issue, distribute, manage, verify, and <a href=\"https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.google.com%2Fdocument%2Fd%2F1w6EjCHNFrkB549Zs8JB-Hu4i-FWnUCkABCd7ftaWy-U%2Fedit&amp;data=05%7C02%7Cjillianm.near%40cms.k12.nc.us%7Cd9ceeed8859f4b072c2508dc0e2f703e%7C2fb36de5296a43c7b5d2ae73931f0aa3%7C0%7C0%7C638400844106012731%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=qdlGLpji2vRCtfLDe8WDVGc4klxB0zF2m1zXZ5NCqUM%3D&amp;reserved=0\">collect</a> student devices each school year</li>\r\n<li>Work with teachers and technology staff in the selection of resources that are compatible with the school technology infrastructure</li>\r\n<li>Assist with the implementation of computer assisted instructional programs</li>\r\n<li>Monitor and assist students and teachers in the use of the computer</li>\r\n<li>Assist teachers with the presentation of learning materials and instructional activities</li>\r\n<li>Adhere to and communicate copyright as well as other laws and guidelines pertaining to the distribution and ethical use of all resources</li>\r\n<li>Inspect computer equipment regularly;
