This role is responsible for assisting with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of classroom technologies, student devices, and staff workstations. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, technically curious, and eager to grow their skills while supporting meaningful work in public education.</span></p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respond to help desk tickets and classroom support requests in a timely and professional manner from initial request through and including follow up.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setup and configure computers, Chromebooks, tablets, printers, projectors, and other instructional technologies.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create and maintain Google Accounts, Active Directory Accounts for students and staff.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues (e.g., logins, printing problems, app malfunctions).</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support students and staff with password resets, account access, and basic tech-related questions.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform routine maintenance and updates on classroom technology devices.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Help with inventory tracking of technology assets (tagging, documenting, organizing).</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with the distribution of student devices during deployment periods.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escalate more complex issues to Level 2 or senior technicians when necessary.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain clear and accurate records of work performed using the school&rsquo;s helpdesk system.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow all district data privacy, security, and acceptable use policies.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide courteous, respectful, and responsive service to all school staff and students</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communicate effectively with students, staff, administration and the IT team.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform any other duties related to the IT Department as needed.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support after-hour events (Graduations, Musical, Staff Events, etc) as needed</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commuting between campuses on occasion</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge of and ability to perform hardware and software repairs to various computer systems (Chromebooks, Windows PCs, iPads, etc.)</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance on systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of focus.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Record maintenance skills.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to provide direction to staff and/or students to resolve technological issues.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to determine computer problems and to coordinate hardware, software, and/or network solutions.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to analyze and resolve basic computer
