This role collaborates with counselors, administrators, and teachers to align CCMR efforts with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 supports, ensuring students meet state readiness indicators and graduate with a viable postsecondary plan.</span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;\">In addition, the CCMR and Testing Coordinator oversees the planning, coordination, and administration of all state and local assessments, ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal testing requirements. This includes training staff, maintaining testing security and integrity, coordinating testing logistics, and analyzing assessment data to inform instructional decisions.</span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
