Other duties may be assigned:</strong></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supervise the operation and the personnel of the graduation support department.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reports to the Director of Graduation Support Services.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stay up to date with Oklahoma statutes regarding graduation requirements.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manages a team that facilitates the following functions.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage the scheduling process and ensure that the Graduation Support Specialists create schedules in a timely manner</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate the evaluation of transcripts.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure that the Graduation Support Specialists adhere to laws, policies, procedures and ethical standards of Epic Charter School.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure that all Epic high school students are monitored and check graduation requirements.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain up-to-date and accurate student records.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist in coordinating concurrent enrollment.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop a graduation plan that aligns with post high school goals.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain up to date knowledge about colleges and their admission requirements and educational opportunities.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist teachers with course planning and state testing requirements.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide solutions for credit recovery and advancement to graduation.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participate and present at Professional Learning Community meetings.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide feedback for information system development or enhancements.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and/or improve graduation support processes and procedures as necessary.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additional projects or tasks as needed by management.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Supervisory Responsibilities:</span>&nbsp;</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supervises a team of 5-7 employees.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Education and/or Experience:</span>&nbsp;
