Federally funded positions are supplemental<br>and therefore subject to federal funds.</p><p><br><strong>ROLE AND PURPOSE:</strong><br>The Data Analyst &amp;amp; Testing Coordinator role is responsible for monitoring the school's student data systems. The<br>role focuses on leveraging data to drive the school&amp;#39;s mission of providing rigorous instruction and preparation for all<br>students.&nbsp;This includes providing support to students experiencing difficulties mastering content and performance<br>standards. The Data Analyst &amp;amp; Testing Coordinator position is dedicated to working directly with teachers to<br>provide critical data to support improved student outcomes. &nbsp;The role also takes the lead for coordinating all testing<br>on the campus. INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT</strong><br>- Student support (in collaboration with classroom teacher and in small group setting)<br>- Support proper interventions are put in place for identified struggling students<br>- Provide intervention support with effective implementation<br>- Use assessment strategies to assist the continuous development of learners<br>- Establish and maintain a positive and safe learning environment in which students are<br>&nbsp; encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process<br>- Monitor and communicate progress of identified students<br>- Review and analyze documented student data for needed modification<br>- Assist in the annual development of student and staff schedules to coordinate courses with<br>&nbsp; student needs<br>- Coordinate the production of progress reports and parent conferences<br>- Monitor report cards to check and intervene on failure rates<br>- Provide reports and monitor all data as requested by campus and district administrators<br><strong>II. DATABASE MANAGEMENT</strong><br>- Leads the use of student data for the campus<br>-Serve as a super-user/administrator for the school&amp;#39;s Data Management Systems<br><strong>III. ATTENDANCE TRACKING</strong><br>- Serve on the school&amp;#39;s Attendance Team to identify and support at-risk students<br>- Oversee the daily attendance process, including training teachers on the attendance taking<br>&nbsp; process and attendance intervention procedures, and holding teachers accountable to those<br>&nbsp; processes to ensure on time and accurate entry of attendance data</p><p><strong>IV. STAFF COLLABORATION</strong><br>- Lead Math and ELAR teachers to use student-level data to drive instructional improvement<br>&nbsp; for each student<br>- Provide technical support and training to teachers and administrators on using data platforms<br>&nbsp; effectively<br>-Provides data and leads analysis during Professional Learning Community (PLC) campus<br>&nbsp; meetings</p><p><strong>V. TESTING ADMINISTRATION</strong><br>- Create and maintain a comprehensive campus testing calendar.<br>- Coordinate the administration of all standardized tests (e.g., STAAR, SAT/ACT, AP,<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;TELPAS, MAP/Interim assessments)<br>- Order, receive, inventory, secure, and distribute all secure testing materials</p><p>- Prepare testing rooms and technology (online testing platforms) before test days<br>- Manage all logistics, including staffing, student scheduling, small-group settings, and make-<br>&nbsp; up testing sessions&nbsp;<br>- Develop and implement strict procedures for maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of<br>&nbsp; test materials in accordance with state guidelines<br>- Train all campus personnel on test security, administration procedures, and sign test security<br>&nbsp; oaths<br>- Investigate and report any potential testing irregularities or cheating to the district coordinator<br>&nbsp; immediately&nbsp;<br>- Collaborate with Special Education, 504, and EB staff to identify students requiring<br>&nbsp; accommodations<br>- Ensure all approved designated supports and accommodations are properly implemented<br>&nbsp; during testing&nbsp;<br>- Inform students and parents of upcoming tests, schedules, and test day requirements<br><strong>VI. OTHER DUTIES</strong><br>- Applies excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br>- Communicates with principal, teachers, and staff about identified student needs and offers<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;support as needed<br>- Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.<br>- Effectively implement the behavior and academic intervention systems established by the<br>&nbsp; district<br>- Continuously refine and enhance data and intervention systems to ensure optimal<br>&nbsp; functionality, accuracy, and efficiency\u0097supporting the operational excellence needed to drive<br>&nbsp; student success<br>- Follow-up on all new student enrollments, re-enrollments and withdrawals to ensure<br>&nbsp; immediate updates are made to intervention schedules as needed<br>- Maintain highly organized, secure, and up-to-date digital data student records<br>- Deliver clear, actionable reports on student enrollment, behavior, and attendance to inform<br>&nbsp; strategic decisions<br>- Serve on the school's Attendance Team, identifying at-risk students, and executing<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;Attendance Intervention Plans as they relate to academic interventions<br>- Act as a liaison between the school, district student data personnel (where applicable), and the<br>&nbsp; MS<br>- Leads and leverages the collective understandings of the&nbsp;multidisciplinary/MTSS&nbsp;team to<br>&nbsp; increase student outcomes</p><p><br><strong>VII.
