This position is responsible for building staff capacity to effectively respond to student behavior needs through training, coaching, and the development of targeted behavior support plans.</span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The supervisor collaborates with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement proactive, evidence-based strategies that promote student success. This role emphasizes strengthening Tier 1 instructional practices while supporting Tier 2 and Tier 3 behavioral interventions aligned to district MTSS frameworks.</span></p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred).</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valid Idaho teaching certificate (or ability to obtain).</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience working with students with behavioral needs in a school setting.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demonstrated experience in behavior intervention planning and staff
