This position is responsible for providing strategic consultation to district departments and serving as a liaison between departments, Technology, vendors, and district leadership.</span></p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Additional responsibilities include demonstrating sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining and resolving solutions, analyzing complex problems with internal and external stakeholders, and providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, developing, and implementing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements for internal systems and workflow processes.</span></p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">All employees of Spring 10pt;\"><strong><u>Required:</u></strong></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from an accredited College/University or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">HRIS or enterprise system experience</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Three years relevant work experience</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">&nbsp;<strong><u>Preferred:</u></strong></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Knowledge of eFinancePLUS software</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Knowledge of TimeClock Plus software</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Knowledge of T-SQL</span></li>\r\n<li><span 10pt;\">Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of eFinance, Applicant Tracking, Records, and Laserfiche.</span></li>\r\n<li><span 10pt;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Support of Administrative, Fiscal, and Human Resource Functions:</strong></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Oversee and maintain optimal function of the District&rsquo;s information systems, including database management, customization, development, maintenance, upgrades, and support of applications, systems, and modules</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Maintain database files, tables, codes, backup files, system integrity, and security.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Collaborate with district departments and vendors to implement, modify, integrate, maintain, and enhance enterprise software applications and systems.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to campus and departments.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Develop automated queries, reports, filters, macros, and related documentation</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Compile and provide complex reports, summaries, and data analysis requested by district leadership and departments.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support system testing, upgrades, data conversions, and local system rollouts</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Serve as the primary point of coordination between district departments, vendors, and stakeholders for system implementation, integration, testing, and support initiatives.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Maintain the integrity and reliability of district information systems through reporting accuracy and auditing processes.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Manage and support systems related to finance, payroll, employee records, absence management, professional development, evaluations, and other operational functions</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Analyze data and provide district and campus reports for administrative review and decision-making.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Collaborate with auditors, public agencies, community members, and other stakeholders to support district services and programs.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Respond to written and verbal inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources for the purpose of
