This role supports the management and integration of identity and access management systems, Google Workspace, Active Directory, endpoint management platforms, single sign-on, and enterprise security tools. Working as part of the Enterprise Systems & Security team, the Enterprise Systems Administrator plays a key role in ensuring system reliability, security, and operational continuity. This position is designed to promote shared ownership of critical systems, reduce single points of failure, and build redundancy across the team through cross-training, documentation, and collaborative support.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:</span></span></p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Enterprise Systems Administration & Suppor</strong><strong>t</strong></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Administer and support Google Workspace, including user provisioning, access management, and system configuration</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support enterprise identity systems, including Active Directory, SSO platforms, and identity synchronization tools</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Administer and support enterprise systems including MDM platforms (e.g., JAMF, Intune), endpoint security tools (e.g., EDR), web filtering systems (e.g., iBOSS), and identity management platforms (e.g., Clever IDM)</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assist with system integrations and support interoperability between platforms</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support implementation and rollout of new systems and enhancements</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>System Reliability, Security & Compliance</strong></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;\">Assist in troubleshooting system outages, incidents, and security events</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;\">Work with cybersecurity and senior team members to ensure systems are aligned with security standards</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Operational Support & User Experience</strong></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;\">Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise systems, resolving technical issues and supporting help desk escalations</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;\">Support staff and departments in effective use of enterprise platforms and tools</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;\">Assist with user onboarding, access requests, and system-related inquiries</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
