This role serves as the primary on-site technology liaison for their assigned campus, providing consistent and reliable support. The position contributes directly to creating a seamless, technology-enabled learning environment.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Technology Support & Troubleshooting</strong></li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provide timely on-site technical support for students and staff by diagnosing and resolving hardware, operating system, software, and building-level connectivity issues.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support and maintain student iPads and staff MacBooks, Chromebooks, and Windows devices, ensuring devices are functional and instruction-ready.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support classroom computer labs, ensuring they are maintained and operating smoothly.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Troubleshoot and support instructional software, district applications, user accounts, permissions, and access-related issues.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Troubleshoot and maintain classroom technology including projectors, displays, and audio systems.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Document, prioritize, and manage service requests through the district help desk system (Incident IQ), ensuring accurate tracking and follow-through.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs, and proactively identify recurring issues or trends to minimize instructional disruption.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Communicate clearly and professionally with staff regarding issue status, timelines, and resolutions.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<li><strong>Device Lifecycle & Asset Management</strong></li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Prepare, deploy, assign, and collect student and staff devices.</li>\r\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system (Incident IQ)</li>\r\n<li>Assist with annual refresh cycles and summer device and equipment preparation.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<li><strong>Projects & Implementation</strong></li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Participate in district technology projects, building-level initiatives, and other duties as assigned</li>\r\n<li>Contribute to the development and refinement of department procedures and best practices.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<li><strong>Training & Collaboration</strong></li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Provide guidance and informal training to staff and contribute to technical documentation.</li>\r\n<li>Serve as the primary technology liaison between assigned buildings and the district technology department, communicating needs and supporting district initiatives.</li>\r\n<li>Maintain professional, service-oriented relationships with students and staff.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Qualifications:</span></strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Required:</strong></li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Two-years experience in technology support or related field</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong technical skills and knowledge of iPadOS, macOS, ChromeOS, and Windows operating systems.</li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.</li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to manage equipment inventory and maintain accurate records.</li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.</li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a dynamic school environment.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<li><strong>Preferred:</strong></li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Experience supporting educational technology environments.</li>\r\n<li>Familiarity with mobile device management systems.</li>\r\n<li>Experience supporting classroom AV systems and instructional technology tools.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Physical & Work Requirements:</strong></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Ability to lift and transport technology equipment up to 35 pounds.</li>\r\n<li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, and working under desks or in confined spaces.</li>\r\n<li>Ability to work on standard step ladders when servicing equipment.</li>\r\n<li>Work performed in typical school and office environments.</li>\r\n<li>Ability to travel between assigned buildings and other district locations as needed; employees must provide reliable personal transportation.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Work Environment:</strong></span></p>\r\n<p>Performs in a collaborative and supportive work environment in Lindbergh Schools Technology Department.
