The TSDS PEIMS Analyst provides high-level technical expertise, training, and consultative support to Region 12 Local Education Agencies (LEAs) and internal customers. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timely submission of state-mandated data through the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) and the Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) to the Texas Education Agency (TEA).</span></p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\r\n<p><strong>Education/Certification:</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor's degree&nbsp;preferred</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Three years of experience in a Texas School District or Campus setting preferred&nbsp;</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Special Knowledge/Skills</strong></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong background in technical support, networking, operating systems, and data administration.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advanced expertise in TSDS Core Collections, including ECDS (Early Childhood Data System), and the overarching Public Education Information Management System.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deep knowledge of the Texas Education Data Standards (TEDS), theTexas Student Data System-TSDS, TEASE, TEAL and Texas Records Exchange System (TREx)</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">General knowledge of the Financial Accounting Resource Guide (FASRG), Data Validation (RDA), and Accountability systems; working knowledge of federal and state laws regarding student and business data coding.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
