This role is also responsible for setting up and configuring equipment, as well as resolving escalated support requests to ensure minimal disruption to users.</span></p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:</strong></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Device Management and Software Deployment:</strong></li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manually deploy software.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilize mass-deployment and imaging tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Windows Deployment Services, Google Workspace, Apple School Manager, and Jamf.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n</ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Technical Support and Troubleshooting:</strong></li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide direct support and troubleshoot issues related to:</span></li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chrome browser</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adobe Creative Suite</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace productivity applications</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Filtering via GoGuardian, Sophos, MDMs, and other systems</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Windows 11</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zoom softphones and meetings</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Receive and resolve support escalations from other Technology teams.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n</ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>On-site Support:</strong></li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with occasional hands-on technical support for personnel at various sites across the state.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n</ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Other duties as assigned.</strong></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No supervisory responsibilities</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Education and/or Experience:</span>&nbsp;
