style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provides instruction and support designed to prepare students for current and future success through implementation of district-approved curriculum, instructional goals, and aligned Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs of study.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teaches district-approved curriculum daily and delivers instruction aligned to state standards, district expectations, and course competencies.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develops and implements lesson plans, instructional materials, and learning experiences that meet the diverse academic, social, and developmental needs of students.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provides individualized, small group, and differentiated instruction to support student learning and maximize student growth.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implements evidence-based instructional practices, including the Science of Reading, differentiation strategies, and other district
