Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Microsoft, Google, and PC Certifications are preferred.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Microsoft desktop operating system/applications installation and support experience preferred.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Experience on multiple platforms including concepts of networking and Instructional Technology best practices preferred.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">PC imaging experience preferred</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Demonstrated understanding of DNS, Active Directory, TCP/IP, Switches, Windows Servers, Ethernet, local and wide area networking, internet and web technologies, wireless technology,&nbsp; preferred.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Excellent oral and written skills for client communication and system documentation.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware malfunctions.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to listen, remain calm, patient, and productive in all situations.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must be extremely organized and able to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to participate in a team environment and foster team building.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Working knowledge and understanding of computer hardware such as desktops, portables, notebooks, Chromebooks, printers, switches, and file servers.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to maintain a underline;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></strong></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and troubleshooting for simple to moderate complex issues for both hardware and software to staff and students</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provide implementation, support, and maintenance of desktop configurations</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provide support and maintenance of all hardware including computers, projectors, interactive whiteboards, tablets, printers, copiers, peripherals, and servers.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assist in analyzing new and modified software in relation to installation requirements</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Maintains an inventory of hardware, software, and other equipment</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Contributes to development and implementation of the District's Technology Plan</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assists in providing technical training to staff for implementation of new technology systems and skills development for exisiting technology systems</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assists in the preparation of technical documentation for staff, students, and families regarding district technology</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of disaster recovery plan</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a recycling plan for obsolete technology.</span></li>\r\n<li>Provides technical support to track, document, and update support tickets using the district help desk system</li>\r\n<li>Prepare, deploy, inventory and collect student and staff devices</li>\r\n<li>Perfom routine
