This position works closely with the Technology Director to ensure reliable daily operations of district systems, networks, servers, cybersecurity, user support, and instructional technology services.</p>\r\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, technically skilled, and able to work independently while supporting a fast-paced K-12 environment.</p>\r\n<h2>Primary Responsibilities</h2>\r\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\r\n<li>Manage and maintain Windows servers, virtualization environments, and district infrastructure</li>\r\n<li>Support network operations including switches, wireless systems, VLANs, and internet connectivity</li>\r\n<li>Assist with cybersecurity practices, endpoint management, backups, and disaster recovery</li>\r\n<li>Manage user accounts and permissions within Google Workspace environments</li>\r\n<li>Maintain Chromebook, Windows, and Apple device deployments</li>\r\n<li>Support VOIP phone systems, security camera systems, and access control platforms</li>\r\n<li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across the district</li>\r\n<li>Assist with E-Rate related technology inventory and documentation</li>\r\n<li>Work with vendors, contractors, and district staff on technology projects</li>\r\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations</li>\r\n<li>Provide technical support and training for faculty and staff as needed</li>\r\n<li>Assist in planning and implementing future technology upgrades and infrastructure improvements</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\r\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\r\n<li>Experience in K-12 technology support or systems administration</li>\r\n<li>Knowledge of:\r\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\r\n<li>Windows Server</li>\r\n<li>Google Workspace Administration</li>\r\n<li>Networking and VLAN configuration</li>\r\n<li>Wireless infrastructure</li>\r\n<li>Cybersecurity best practices</li>\r\n<li>Virtualization technologies</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n</li>\r\n<li>Experience with Ruckus/Brocade networking equipment preferred</li>\r\n<li>Experience with Chromebook management preferred</li>\r\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>\r\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<h2>Education & Experience</h2>\r\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\r\n<li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred</li>\r\n<li>Equivalent work experience may be considered</li>\r\n<li>Relevant industry certifications are a plus</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<h2>Employment
