Individual must provide excellent customer service (internal and external). &nbsp;Some service criteria include listening, communicating, being courteous and patient, and providing timely and effective solutions. Strong collaboration skills and teamwork are required.&nbsp; BPS supports student interns as part of the workforce for repairs, support, and installs.&nbsp; This person will work with students and student teams to accomplish objectives.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>Purpose Statement</strong></p>\r\n<p>The job of Technology Support Specialist is performed for the purpose of installing, upgrading, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all computer hardware and software within the Bismarck Public School District;
