and a passing score on the vocational Technical Literacy Skills Test (VTLST) or the Communication and Literacy Skills Test</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Four years of recent (within the last seven years), full-time employment experience directly related to programming & web development&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">No teaching experience required</span></li>\r\n<li>\r\n<div>Commitment to ensuring academic success for all students</div>\r\n</li>\r\n<li>Experience working in an urban setting, preferred</li>\r\n<li>Experience working with diverse student populations, preferred</li>\r\n<li>Skills in managing challenging student behaviors strongly preferred</li>\r\n<li>Ability to read, interpret, and apply student performance data to instructional planning and execution</li>\r\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills;
