This role ensures reliable, secure daily operations of district-wide phone systems, eFax accounts, and user identity lifecycles across multiple directories. This position reports to the Director(s) of Technology Services.</span></p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Configure district VoIP phone systems, including extensions, voicemail setup, caller ID, long-distance access, and one-touch office dialing.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain accurate 911 emergency calling data and IP location mapping.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate and manage emergency line transfers when necessary.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partner with district and building administrators in crisis situations to ensure communication systems are working properly.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complete internal and external phone activity reporting.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage district-wide electronic fax (eFax) services.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with routing notifications from the district's anonymous tip system to appropriate departments.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide remote technical support for staff and students.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage staff and student onboarding and offboarding in a variety of systems including Active Directory, Google Workspace, and other district applications.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conduct periodic reviews of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with password management and account security procedures.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor alerts and notifications generated by the district&rsquo;s security operations and monitoring platforms.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain accurate staff contact information.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participate in professional development and training opportunities in order to enhance skills.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist in planning, testing, and deploying new technologies, communication systems, and software solutions.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide technical guidance and training to staff.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain a positive, supportive, and willing attitude while working with staff.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform related duties as assigned by the Director(s) of Technology Services.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hands-on experience on using various Active Directory tools, including, but not limited to, user and security group management and understanding of organizational unit structure.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">High School Diploma, Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Windows, Macintosh, and Chrome platforms proficiency.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li Mead policies and Procedures can be accessed online at&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.mead354.org/about-us/board-of-directors/board-policies\">https://www.mead354.org/about-us/board-of-directors/board-policies</a></p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>The salary range for the position is: Min $68,972.80 &ndash; Max $71,052.80 Salary placement will be at step 1 on the appropriate scale for the position.&nbsp; Previous relevant experience may result in higher step placement within the posted range.</p>\r\n<p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>\r\n<p>A typical work year consists of 260 days which includes 13 paid holidays. The individual number of days may vary by position as posted. &nbsp;Employees working less than 260 days will receive holiday pay for the scheduled holidays within the months worked. &nbsp;Each employee shall accumulate twelve (12) days of sick leave per year. An employee employed less than a full work year shall be entitled to a proportionate part of the sick leave allowance.&nbsp; A maximum of three (3) days of annual leave are provided for all employees based on the employee&rsquo;s scheduled employment hours per day to be used for an absence during work hours.&nbsp; Unused Annual Leave is cashed out every July.&nbsp; Full-Time Employees working year-round (260 days) shall accumulate up to 25 Days (200 hours) of vacation annually.
