Valid Texas teaching certificate<br />? Master&rsquo;s degree preferred<br />? Minimum of three years successful classroom teaching experience<br />? Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional best practices, assessment, and<br />educational accountability<br />? Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills<br />Major Responsibilities:<br />? Support teachers through instructional coaching, modeling, and professional<br />development.<br />? Collaborate with campus and district leadership to improve instructional effectiveness<br />and student achievement.<br />? Coordinate and oversee all state and local assessment programs, including STAAR,<br />EOC, TELPAS, and other required assessments.<br />? Ensure compliance with all testing security, administration, and reporting requirements<br />established by the Texas Education Agency.<br />? Manage district accountability initiatives, including data analysis, reporting, and<br />continuous improvement efforts.<br />? Coordinate implementation and monitoring of HB 1416, HB 4545, Teachers Incentive<br />Allotment (TIA), and other state programs as assigned.<br />? Assist with curriculum development, instructional materials adoption, and TEKS<br />alignment.<br />? Analyze assessment data and provide reports to administrators and teachers to support<br />instructional decision-making.<br />? Coordinate district instructional and assessment software platforms related to curriculum,<br />testing, and accountability.<br />? Assist with campus and district improvement planning.<br />? Stay current on TEA rules, regulations, and best practices related to curriculum,<br />assessment, and accountability.<br />?
