develops units to be delivered in the classroom or technology lab.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teaches skill and knowledge in computer and network administration and security principles.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepares students for attainment of Networking, CompTIA Tech</span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">+</span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Network Security, and CompTIA Network</span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">+</span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> industry certifications.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promotes a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to individualized and small group instruction, and student learning.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develops lesson plans and instructional materials, and utilizes appropriate equipment for subject area; translates lesson plans into learning experiences to develop pertinent sequential assignments, challenge students, and best utilize the available time for instruction.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Designs learning activities to demonstrate the application of technical skills.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instructs students in the proper and safe use, care and storage of tools, machines, and equipment.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conducts ongoing assessment of student learning and progress, and modifies instructional methods to fit individual student's needs, including students with special needs;
