High School Diploma;</p>\r\n<p>2. Associates degree or higher&nbsp;in a related technical field or equivalent training</p>\r\n<p>3. Demonstrated knowledge of information system hardware and software troubleshooting skills and problem resolution</p>\r\n<p>4. Ability and willingness to learn new systems and technology</p>\r\n<p>5. Demonstrated ability in handling confidential matters in an ethical manner</p>\r\n<p>6. Knowledge of principles and practices of network design and administration&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>7. Sound organizational skills and an ability to recognize and change work priorities in a timely fashion</p>\r\n<p>8.
