The role works closely with the Data Analyst to ensure data accuracy and readiness for&nbsp;</p><p>district decision-making, along with other needs of the Application Support group.&nbsp;</p><p>This position works in collaboration with members of the Application Support group, under the guidance of the&nbsp;</p><p>Application Support Lead, all under the supervision of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and as part of the district's&nbsp;</p><p>Innovation Technology (IT) department.&nbsp;</p><p>This position does not include supervisory, evaluative, or disciplinary responsibility for personnel.&nbsp;</p><p>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Assist with maintaining data in the Student Information System and other district applications.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Collect, enter, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Support the preparation of reports and data extracts for district and state reporting and serve as a backup&nbsp;</p><p>for state reporting functions, as needed.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Perform routine data quality checks and help resolve discrepancies.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Assist with basic data queries and extraction using SQL or other tools to support reporting and analysis.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Organize and maintain data files, documentation, and reporting processes.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Respond to routine data requests from district staff.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Serve as a district contact for data interpretation and review.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Collaborate with the Application Support team and other departments as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective project organization skills.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Maintain detailed and accurate documentation.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Ability to follow processes and manage structured data&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Maintain positive, professional, and effective working relationships with the public, district employees, and&nbsp;</p><p>students.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Perform job duties in accordance with district mission, vision, and policies.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Ability to recognize sensitive issues, work discreetly, and maintain confidentiality.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Perform other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</p><p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., basic sorting, basic filtering, basic formulas)&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Strong verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non<span style=\"font-family:&quot;Cambria Math&quot;,serif;\">-</span>technical users.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Ability to learn and support new technology solutions.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently.</p><p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Experience with Student Information Systems (e.g., Infinite Campus).&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Basic understanding of databases and familiarity with SQL (Structured Query Language) for querying and&nbsp;</p><p>working with data.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., advanced sorting, advanced filtering, advanced formulas).&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font:12.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">&bull;</span> Basic familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI).&nbsp;</p><p>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</p><p>A minimum of a high school diploma is required. An associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field is&nbsp;</p><p>preferred.
