This position will analyze HCM core business processes, create gap analysis documentation, define workflows, gather requirements, and evaluate available solutions to assist OHC in supporting the school district needs, with a primary focus on the payroll, and a secondary focus on Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor areas of HCM. Working with cross-functional teams, service partners, and other IT professionals, the successful candidate will frame an integrated solution and translate your conceptual vision using new and existing products. This vision will then be communicated in a clear and detailed design package that includes business requirements, processes, workflow documentation, conceptual data models, use cases, and service requirements. The position will be part of the OHC ERP team responsible for HCM business processes and other duties as assigned.</span><br /><br /></p>\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analyze HCM business processes, create a gap analysis documentation, define workflows, gather requirements, and provide solutions.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsible for optimizing the payroll business processes and configuration support, validations, identifying potential risks, and building a contingent plan to mitigate the errors/risks.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform daily audits to maintain the data integrity of all HCM modules.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to assess, optimize, design, and document complex business processes and functions.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implement collective bargaining agreement rules in HCM, primarily focusing on Payroll, Absence, and T&L changes.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborating with HR users to maintain the Salary Admin plans, Grades, and Steps, and perform a Mass salary load to reflect the comp changes to employees.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to write SQLs or use data analysis methods to identify Job transfers, position changes, departmental transfers, and Seniority calculations.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsible for supporting third-party integrations with the HCM system that includes any bolt-on applications.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsible for identifying payroll errors ahead of time, loading additional pay, calculating retro pay, providing additional validations to support the payroll calculations and CI loads as necessary.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take ownership of assigned work, providing high-quality deliverables per the project schedule.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identify the pros and cons, risks, and benefits of solution alternatives and make recommendations.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs.
