moderate travel between district sites; exposure to potentially stressful environments; regularly perform inside and/or outside with potential for exposure to adverse environmental conditions.</li>\r\n<li>Physical: Sufficient physical ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds; vision sufficient to read computer screens and printed documents.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><strong><br /> KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Knowledge of various networking systems and how different technology systems interact.</li>\r\n<li>Knowledge of firewalls, switches, routers, access points.</li>\r\n<li>Ability to work with diverse groups and maintain effective working relationships with others.</li>\r\n<li>Ability to communicate technical assistance to all users.</li>\r\n<li>Ability to be detail oriented, meet deadlines, and work on multiple tasks at one time.</li>\r\n<li>Possess organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li>\r\n<li>Ability to understand and brainstorm creative solutions to complex problems.</li>\r\n<li>Possess strong time management skills and work productively with minimal supervision.</li>\r\n<li>Ability and willingness to learn new systems and technology.</li>\r\n<li>Ability to handle confidential matters in an ethical manner.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>The position reports directly to the IT Director.</li>\r\n<li>12-month work schedule with normal school holidays allowed.</li>\r\n<li>Some weekend and evening hours may be required.</li>\r\n<li>Performance evaluated annually.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Technical Support</li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Provide timely and professional support to resolve technical issues for staff and students.</li>\r\n<li>Troubleshoot and repair hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and interactive whiteboards.</li>\r\n<li>Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of student and staff devices (e.g., iPads, Windows/Mac computers).</li>\r\n<li>Support and maintain VOIP and Camera systems.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<li>Network and System Maintenance</li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Support and maintain district networks, including wired and wireless infrastructure.</li>\r\n<li>Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.</li>\r\n<li>Assist in the installation and maintenance of network devices such as switches, access points, and routers.</li>\r\n<li>Assist in the installation and maintenance of CAT6 network cabling.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n</ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Repair Damaged Devices</li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Diagnose hardware issues in damaged devices, including but not limited to<br /> display, keyboard, battery, motherboard, and connectivity problems.
