\r\nThe Southwick-Tolland-Granville RSD Information Technology department seeks a customer service focused Technology Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to faculty, staff and students within the District. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service while resolving service requests/incidents in a timely manner, facilitating efficient and effective learning and administrative activities, and being a positive contributor to the Southwick Schools Information Technology team.

\r\nPhysical Requirements:???
\r\nThe position requires a moderate amount of walking, standing, sitting and climbing stairs for extended periods of time and may require the use of step stool or ladder whenever necessary.? Activities also include moderate physical exertion in body movement such as reaching, bending, twisting, grasping, pushing, and pulling of objects.???
\r\nThe position will also require lifting objects of up to 50 pounds. Fine motor skills are needed for typing at keyboards for long periods of time.

Environmental Conditions:? The applicant is required to work indoors and travel between school buildings. The regular chemical solvents are toners and cleaning fluids.?

\r\nThis is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to??
\r\n4:00 p.m. This position may require extended hours and/or occasional weekend work.??

Terms of Employment: Full year salary position with paid holidays, vacation, and benefits?

Salary Range:? $52,000 - $57,000– Based on years of experience??
