Years of experience may be substituted for education. <br />Apple Macintosh Technician Certification and/or Windows certification a plus.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Special Knowledge/Skills:</span></em></strong><br />Thorough knowledge of Windows, Mac OS and Apple iOS. <br />Exposure to both Windows and Macintosh environments. &sect;Proficient in MS Office Suite. <br />Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. <br />Knowledge of how to support both hardware and software in a LAN or WAN based environment.
