The role will assist in the design, coordination, and implementation of high-quality professional learning, tools, and resources for school leaders, educators, and staff; provide responsive, just-in-time support to school leaders; and identify emerging needs to inform targeted professional learning, resources, and supports. The Supervisor will also contribute to the planning and implementation of districtwide professional development and collaborate with Teaching and Learning and other central office teams to ensure professional learning is aligned with district priorities and responsive to the needs of schools and staff.</span></p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p><em><strong>EDUCATION TRAINING AND Tools, and Resource Development</strong></h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of districtwide professional development for school leaders, educators, and other staff aligned with district priorities and identified needs.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinates and facilitates professional development workshops, institutes, and districtwide professional learning days, as assigned.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develops and refines tools, templates, protocols, training materials, and other resources to support school leaders, educators, and staff in implementing district priorities and strengthening professional practice.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supports professional development systems and processes, including course setup, registration, attendance, professional learning credit documentation, data entry, and maintenance of accurate professional development records within the district's learning management system.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provides technical assistance to school leaders, educators, and staff related to professional development systems and platforms.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analyzes professional development participation data and feedback to inform future learning opportunities and continuous improvement.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborates with Teaching and Learning and other district departments to ensure professional development is coherent, aligned with district instructional priorities, and responsive to the needs of schools and staff.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Principal Support and Development</strong></h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provides ongoing, differentiated support to school leaders based on identified leadership, instructional, and professional learning needs.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provides responsive, just-in-time support to school leaders when leadership challenges or emerging school-based needs arise.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Works closely with school leaders to identify needs and translate those needs into targeted professional learning, tools, resources, and supports.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identifies trends emerging through work with school leaders and uses them to inform and refine professional learning, training, tools, and resources for school leaders districtwide.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supports the development and implementation of professional learning opportunities for new and experienced school administrators.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborates with Human Resources and other central office departments, as appropriate, to ensure school leaders receive coordinated guidance and support related to employee supervision, performance management, and personnel matters.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<h4><strong>Educator Development and Professional Growth</strong></h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supports the development and implementation of professional learning opportunities designed to implementation of new teacher induction, mentoring, and other professional growth initiatives, as assigned.</span></li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborates with Teaching and Learning and other district teams to identify educator learning needs and develop responsive professional learning and supports.</span></li>\r\n<li
